Never been let down coming here, kids always worn out by the end of the day and lots of attractions to see. Would like to see the reptile and spider house restored.

Visted on 1st of June 2017 after reading poor reviews on the parks closer to Darwin and great reviews about NTWP. This was a really great experience and we loved the park. Very ample parking and easy enough drive from Darwin CBD. Pricing was good and you get good value for money. Onsite transport is handy but you can honestly walk between attractions easily enough with just a very basic level of fitness. Plenty of water fountains and seating for small rest periods along with good cover from the elements. Main station had good baby facilities but note for parents, far toilets near dingo station does not have a change table. We used a bench but if you have a wriggler you might strugggle. Staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions we asked. Highly reccomend the 'hands on' experinces they offer. I did both the owl holding and stingray feeding and they were fantastic. Staff even had a portable EFTPOS terminal so i could buy tickets at the event last minute which was great! Very handy and practical. Cafe kitchen closes at 2pm which isnt advertised anywhere outside the cafe itself so make sure you plan your meals accordingly. The food was really food though and reasonably priced. The big 5mtr croc wasnt on show so we missed that and the aquarium fish feeding seems to be a Mon/Wed/Fri deal so plan what you want to see in advance. Be nice if the park had more crocs but we saw some freshies so not all bad. Easily a full day event if you have kids or are a slow walker. Overall we had a really great time and would highly recommend you add to your to-do list while in the NT.
