  Just went to casuarina McDonald's and it's not even open 24hrs. There's a guy on his phone, everything is locked. What are they paying this guy for, to talk on the phone. It's suppose to be open 24hrs.

  I'm totally disappointed!
  I ordered 1 Single Gravy Loaded Fries and my service tried to put old packed fries into my box?! After that he gave me a half "loaded Single Gravy Loaded Fries box. That is a joke! Are you guys trying to save money?!
  Mcdonald's is not anymore was it seems to be.

  I had a problem with my order and I spoke to one of the managers, I think his name was Ryan, he was very helpful and very polite. I would recommend this maccas

  Drove out in frustration without food as I could not get one hash brown and a cheeseburger while waiting for more than 10 mins. Always shortstaffed and they are hence more prone to messing up orders.
